Based on the mature engineering experiences and applying the adsorption technology, RITEK design and manufacture adsorber for clear juices and concentrates to be colour-standardized gently and carefully and stabilized with the optimal performance of the system.
The system adopt modular design and contains 3 columns. It could be used serially or in parallel with full range of flexibility. Food-grade solution will be used for regeneration, which could effectively remove the pigments and other impurities, to ensure adsorption system running stably and long.
Based on deep understanding of resin absorption technology and excellent programming, the system perform well and reliably, specially lower caustic soda consumption.
Natural fruit sugar can be produced from fruit juices thanks to the specific use of ion-exchanger resins. These can be used in a variety of application in the food industry.
